Open for Business!

I am excited to announce that I am opening up my Acupuncture and Wellness practice in beautiful Sonoma County. My new office is in Sebastopol, located near Occidental, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, and Petaluma. I know that many of you live in San Francisco and surrounding areas, but I wanted to share my news and ask for your help in spreading the word to anyone you know who lives in the North Bay and Sonoma County area. 

Since moving to Sebastopol, I have been devoted to raising my 3 small children, as well as, continuing my personal and professional development. I have been deepening my understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, Nutrition, and Mindset and am grateful to have the time and energy to share these skills again.

I hope all is well in your lives and that you are thriving and supporting your health during these times. I’d love to hear an update from you, so please reach out!

Farewell, San Francisco!

My family and I have moved to Sonoma County. We love it here, but I will miss San Francisco and all of the friends and clients I have worked with over the years. I am grateful that you entrusted me with your health care. I have learned so much and enjoyed getting to know all of you. So please keep in touch!

My New Office in Downtown SF!

It is a wonderful office newly added by the SF Otolaryngology Medical Group, a highly respected ear, nose, and throat practice. I’m excited to work in an integrative setting and to be working in SF again!

Welcome, Baby Rauch!

We are so happy to welcome our new little life changer into our family! She’s amazing and we are grateful to have had another beautiful homebirth with our trusted midwives. It’s been a real joy for my family to have this new little one to marvel at.

I plan to be on Maternity leave until August.

If I haven’t seen you in a while, you may not know that I’m expecting another baby girl in mid-March! We are overjoyed and can’t believe it’s only two months away now. I plan to work through the end of February before I take at least a few months of maternity leave.

Happy Halloween!

I am happy to announce that I’ll be returning to Integral Body where I worked for 8 years before taking a break to have my baby. I will be working there on Tuesdays, 9am – 5pm, and on Thursdays 9am – 2:30pm. I will also be running a low-cost, drop-in Community Acupuncture Clinic there on Thursday evenings from 7pm – 8:30pm.  You are all welcome to make Massage and Acupuncture appointments with me there or to drop by on Thursday evenings for Community Acupuncture. Fear not! I will still be working out of my Home Studio on evenings and weekends, so you can continue to make appointments with me just as before by clicking here.
